Hi, I'm Grace, the main mod for this blog! Welcome to the grand experiment known as fuckyeahauthordog. These Author Dog memes are for any writer, and if you've ever felt like you can relate to them, I've done my job. FP POV: It's all about knowing your character. Know their range of vocabulary, their native tongue, their way of speaking, their personality. Do they have a firm grasp on the language they are speaking? Are they articulate and intelligent or naive and uneducated? Write the way you think they would speak. Experiment with different voices, even saying the words aloud before writing them.
